14-Day Return Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Please review our policy below.

ReturnsTo be eligible for a return:The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Steps to initiate a return:Contact our customer service team at support@dlypets.com to initiate a return.

You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the item(s).Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Shipment processing time:All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
